Vesna is a multi-platform service marketplace connecting homeowners with nearby HVAC professionals. Homeowners can submit service requests through the web or mobile application. The platform routes each request to nearby professionals, allowing them to respond quickly and communicate with the homeowner in real time. Dedicated experiences for homeowners, contractors, and administrators support the complete service lifecycle within one connected platform.
The Challenge
Finding a trusted HVAC professional often means calling multiple companies, waiting for callbacks, comparing quotes, and hoping someone is available. At the same time, HVAC contractors often depend on expensive lead-generation platforms where they compete for every opportunity. Our client wanted to create a faster and more transparent experience that could instantly connect homeowners with nearby HVAC professionals.
What We Did
Designed a Two-Sided Marketplace
We created dedicated experiences for homeowners and contractors, each with different workflows and responsibilities, supported by a shared marketplace platform and administration portal.
Built Location-Based Job Distribution
We implemented location-aware request routing that connects homeowners with relevant professionals nearby while giving contractors access to qualified opportunities within their service areas.
Connected Both Sides in Real Time
We added real-time chat, notifications, lead management, and payment workflows to support communication and coordination throughout the service process.
Launched Across Web and Mobile
We delivered a customer web portal and cross-platform applications for iOS and Android, including deployment to the App Store and Google Play. The modular platform was designed to support expansion into additional service categories and geographic markets as the business grows.
