It brings assessment scoring, interviews, observations, documentation, and report writing into a single workflow, helping practitioners spend less time on paperwork while maintaining full control over every report. The platform generates test descriptions, score tables, section summaries, and professional narratives while psychologists remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every report.

The Challenge
School psychologists spend hours preparing comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations while balancing growing caseloads and strict compliance timelines. Each report requires synthesizing standardized assessments, interviews, observations, educational records, and professional interpretation into consistent, high-quality documentation. Much of this work is repetitive and time-consuming, leaving less time available for supporting students directly. The platform also needed to support district workflows, documentation standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Practitioner-Led Product Discovery
Worked closely with experienced school psychologists to understand real evaluation workflows, reporting standards, and district requirements before writing a single line of code.
Built a District-Ready Evaluation Platform
Built workflows for evaluation setup, assessment entry, interviews, observations, supporting documents, compliance timelines, and report management. Throughout development, we worked alongside school psychologists and school districts to support district workflows, documentation standards, compliance requirements, and HIPAA and FERPA data privacy best practices.
Developed an AI-Assisted Reporting Engine
Built AI tools that generate editable assessment summaries, score tables, narrative sections, professional recommendations, and parent-friendly language, while psychologists remain responsible for interpretation, personalization, and final approval.
