Ju-Ton
Real-time operational intelligence for a 24/7 AAC manufacturing facility.
Ju-Ton is a Ukrainian manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete with an annual production capacity of up to 300,000 m3. We designed and developed a custom Manufacturing Operations Platform that centralizes production shifts, raw materials, inventory, logistics, and operational reporting. The platform automatically captures weigh-station data wherever possible while providing simple digital workflows for the remaining manual processes.
The Challenge
Ju-Ton operates a high-capacity manufacturing facility around the clock, where accurate operational data is essential. Production information was primarily recorded through paper-based shift logs. This created reporting delays, manual errors, and limited visibility into daily factory operations. Management needed a centralized platform capable of connecting production, raw materials, inventory, logistics, and reporting into one reliable source of operational data.
What We Did
Mapped the Factory Workflow
We worked with Ju-Ton to understand the complete production lifecycle and identify where data could be captured automatically and where simple operator workflows were still required. The platform was designed around existing factory operations rather than forcing the factory to adopt an inflexible external system.
Automated Weigh-Station Data
We integrated industrial weigh stations to capture operational data automatically, reducing manual entry and improving the accuracy of production records.
Centralized Operational Data
We built production shift tracking, raw material and warehouse management, operational dashboards, role-based access, and integrations with accounting systems. The result is a single platform connecting production, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
Designed for Industrial Operations
The platform runs on secure private infrastructure with VPN-only access and is designed for continuous availability in a round-the-clock manufacturing environment. Its modular architecture allows new equipment and operational workflows to be added as the factory evolves. The platform is currently being expanded to automate raw material intake and shipment processing through electronic TTN documentation.
The Outcome
Ju-Ton transitioned from fragmented paper-based reporting to a centralized Manufacturing Operations Platform supporting daily factory operations. Today, the platform serves as the operational backbone of the facility, providing management with real-time visibility into production, inventory, and logistics while reducing reporting errors through automated data collection.
